This series encompasses expanded video work that deal with the subjective experience of walking through an urban space that you've never physically been to.

Prior to travelling to the city for the first time, I recorded a tour in Google Street View. I added a recording of my voice commenting sensations, observations and the sounds that I would imagine to experience while walking through the actual location. During a short residency in the cities, I walked the exact same routes as I had virtually, and recorded the sound with binaural in-ear-microphones, capturing the spatial atmosphere. In a last step, the sound recording is added to the pre-produced video, merging different layers of time and space together.
